Director / Project Manager

Robert Youles

A Master Carpenter who started his career with an apprenticeship achieving an NVQ level 1, 2 & 3 in carpentry and joinery. He then joined a large London based firm where he gained valuable experience and qualifications in Building and Construction.  Robert holds a gold CSCS supervisory card as well as a SSSTS (CITB) certificate in building management.  He has also undergone a vast amount of training essential for onsite safety which includes courses in first aid, working at height, asbestos awareness, PASMA and harness training.

Samantha Youles

Sam is a fully qualified and experienced Quantity Surveyor currently working for a large building firm in London. Sam was a university graduate who achieved a BA (hons) degree in law and accountancy. With her vast knowledge of these industries, she was able to assist in the set up of the company in 2011 and continues to ensure its smooth running in the office.

Peter Youles

Previous to YBC, Peter worked for Cubitt Building and Interiors Limited as a Contracts Manager for 13 years, but has over 35 years experience in the construction industry.  Over the years Peter has gained an unlimited amount of knowledge, training and qualifications. Peter is currently the holder of a black CSCS card and a SMSTS (CITB) building management certificate.

Sarah Weaver

Sarah is our Office Manager, and also manages Accounts and Buying

YBC Ltd directly employ all our main trades such as Carpenters, Plasterers, Bricklayers, Roofers, Tilers, Decorators and Ground workers.

We have also built a close knit team of specialists Sub Contractors who we trust to deliver their skills to the standard that we have set.
